Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your account minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

ClassicStainlessCookware.com is not responsible for normal wear, abuse, or mistreatment of items. Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of ClassicStainlessCookware.com at no charge.

SHIPPING

Orders are primarily shipped by UPS. Delivery time is based on the location of our suppliers. With some of our suppliers being overseas, actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone but typically average 10 to 15 business days. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control such as Holiday seasons or inclement weather will require additional shipping time.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
At the present time we do not ship outside the continental United States.
TAXES
Classic Stainless Cookware does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of New York ! If you order within New York State, you will be charged an additional 7.0% for sales tax.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is out-of-stock and must be backordered , we will contact you within 48 hours. We will also notify you if an ordered item has been discontinued or is no longer available.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to process all orders within two business days, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders processed prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email us to cancel an order.
