How is my order shipped?
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our preferred carrier at this time, and we use them to ship most of our orders.
Some products are shipped directly from manufacturers and distributors, who may use UPS, or FedEx.
Do you offer rush delivery?
In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5 -15 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal Express through our secure merchant gateway.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Your Privacy is important to us. Any personal information that you provide is held in the strictest confidence. We will not share your e-mail address when you contact us, nor any of the information you include in any order or form that you send us. We will not send you unsolicited e-mails. We will only contact you when necessary, or as a courtesy to provide you with information about your order or about products that you ordered.
